House in the woods - Località Faedo (Casargo)
The Casa nel Bosco is an independent building with private parking that can be reached by car in the locality of Faedo. It enjoys a wonderful view of the mountains and Premana and guarantees a peaceful stay, clean air and nature. It is ideal for those in search of relaxation and a corner of paradise to disconnect from the daily rhythms. The Casa nel Bosco has a large private garden at your disposal. It consists of two floors: on the first floor there is the equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining room, double sofa bed, wood-burning fireplace and TV; on the ground floor, reached via a spiral staircase or from the garden, there are two rooms (one double and one twin), a recently renovated bathroom with shower and utility room with sink. The accommodation is available for the summer months with a weekly minimum stay. In a few minutes by car you can reach the village of Casargo with essential services, as well as numerous panoramic walks immersed in greenery and woods. An exclusive, comfortable and spacious home for your summer stay in the mountains.

Cascina Ca' Scarlatta - Introbio
The Ca 'Scarlatta farmhouse is an independent building surrounded by nature in the municipalities of Introbio. It is easily accessible by car and is in an ideal location for your days on the snow! In fact, in a few minutes by car you can reach the Piani di Bobbio, Valbiandino and Grigna cableways. It is an accommodation designed for couples,
thanks to the romantic atmosphere given by the presence of the wood fireplace, and for families, thanks to a spacious and warm loft with 4 beds.
The Cascina is a unique space with equipped kitchen, TV, two sofas, wood-burning fireplace, large table and windows and direct access to the outdoor garden at your complete disposal.
The bathroom has a bidet and shower. The heating consists of radiators and a wood-burning fireplace.
The farmhouse is tastefully furnished in mountain style and inside you can breathe a warm and familiar atmosphere. It is available exclusively for the winter period, the perfect starting point for walks, skiing and snowshoeing in the snow.

Authentic hut - Località Mosnico (Premana)
The Authentic Baita is located in Mosnico, a locality in the municipality of Premana which is about a 20-minute walk from the town. The road to reach it is wide and unpaved, slightly sloping and very scenic. The offer for the Authentic Baita always includes the luggage transport service, as well as the possibility of renting E-MTBs to facilitate travel (upon request and upon payment). During your stay we offer special services such as home delivery of groceries, to make your holiday as relaxing and pleasant as possible. The Baita is located in the complex of houses in Mosnico. It is truly unique in its kind, both for its position, being completely immersed in the mountains with a wonderful panorama of Valvarrone, and for its rustic and warm furnishings. La Baita is a studio flat with a double sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and window. The presence of the wood stove makes the atmosphere magical and romantic; the fireplace is not usable. Electricity is ensured thanks to the solar panels, considering their ordinary use. There are fridge and television. Sleeping at the Authentic Baita is a unique experience to share with a friend or partner, enriching your stay with walks in the countryside, E-MTB tours or with a simple relaxing afternoon on the meadows surrounding the accommodation! Margherita hut - Alpe di Paglio (Casargo)
La Baita Margherita is located on Alpe di Paglio at 1,450 meters above sea level. The altitude guarantees pleasant fresh air even during the hottest months of the year. The location of the hut is optimal for those who want a support that is easy to reach and ideal for walks surrounded by greenery and woods: the Alpe di Paglio, in fact, can be reached by car and several itineraries of different difficulty start from here.
Baita Margherita consists of two floors: on the ground floor there is the bedroom, with a double bed and a bunk bed, a large wardrobe, the pellet stove and the bathroom with shower and window. A spiral staircase connects the ground floor to the first, where there is the kitchen equipped with oven, stove, fridge and freezer, TV, sofa and fireplace, ideal for creating a warm and familiar atmosphere on mountain evenings.
The furniture blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape, thanks to the wooden details and the tools hanging on the walls as furniture. From the first floor there is access to the outdoor terrace with a table, umbrella and chairs, ideal for an outdoor lunch. There is also a small cellar with wood and pellets. La Baita Margherita is ideal for both summer and winter holidays: part of the summer itineraries are highly recommended even in winter with snowshoes or ski mountaineering.

Chalet Grigna - Esino Lario
Chalet Grigna is a wonderful accommodation surrounded by greenery, a few kilometers from Lake Como, from the hiking trails of the Grigna complex and from scenic roads such as the Agueglio Pass.
It has a private entrance with parking space. It has a spacious garden with barbecue, ideal for your meals outdoors and in company.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen equipped with a large table, wood oven, rustic style bathroom with shower and bidet and two bedrooms, one single and one double. Both bedrooms are very bright.
Upstairs is the living room, a single space with TV, table, sofa bed, balcony and sunny terrace,
ideal for sunbathing and relaxing afternoons.
Although the chalet is located on the main road, it is very comfortable, quiet and above all guarantees privacy to our guests.
This solution is ideal for those wishing to spend a holiday in the mountains in a cabin with all the comforts of a holiday home.
A couple of kilometers from the chalet is the village of Esino, where essential services are available.

Rainbow house - Località Faedo (Casargo)
Villetta Arcobaleno is ideal for anyone who wants a quiet accommodation surrounded by greenery. The accommodation has a large outdoor garden with table and chairs, umbrella and a wide variety of flowers of different colors. On the ground floor there is the cellar, with a sink and the supply of wood for the fireplace and the stove. Climbing an elegant stone staircase you reach the main entrance of the hut, where there is another outdoor table and a working barbecue with a stone plate.
The interior of the hut consists of a single space with kitchen, table, sofas, wood stove, fireplace and TV; a single room with a French bunk bed and a traditional bunk bed; the bathroom with shower, exquisitely furnished and functional, with window. Villetta Arcobaleno is a harmony of colors and the large green and safe open spaces surrounding the hut are ideal for children! To reach Ronco, it is necessary to take a secondary road between Casargo and Premana and continue on a dirt road for a short distance.
The car park is located a few tens of meters from the hut, reachable via a slightly sloping path in the meadow. In a few minutes by car you can reach the town of Casargo and the shops for basic necessities.
